The Individual Plan is approximately $25/month ($299/year) and includes 2 professional exams, 2 cleanings, and 1 emergency exam per year, plus member discounts on all treatments. The Couple & Family Plan covers the first two members for $549/year, with each additional family member receiving 20% off. Whether you are self-employed, between jobs, or simply uninsured, our membership program ensures your family's oral health is never a financial burden.
